Q. What are the benefits of having a Personal Trainer?
A.  A Personal Trainer will design a specific program to meet YOUR individual goals.  A Trainer will teach you proper exercise technique. A Trainer helps to motivate you and guides you through your workouts, so you are able to reach your goals much faster.  You will FEEL GREAT- LOOK GREAT AND BE- FIT!
   
Q.  How do I get started?
A. Once you have filled out the necessary information about yourself, I will contact you directly. On your start date we will begin with a complete body composition, a fitness assessment and nutrition information.  Followed by your customized fitness program. You will then be on your way to  LOOKING GOOD AND FEELING GREAT.
   
Q.  How many days a week do I need to workout?
A. This question can only be answered effectively after you and I have talked.  It will depend upon your current health condition, what your goals are, your schedule and your budget.
   
Q.  I have done everything and I still can’t get in shape. Is there anything you can do for me?
A.  The only permanent way to effectively lose weight and keep it off is to stop the miracle diets and exercise gimmicks forever! We should commit to a lifetime of healthy nutrition and regular exercise. A healthy lifestyle is the answer!
   
Q. How soon after I start working out will I see results?
A. The biggest mistake people make is wanting quick results. They give up too soon. They expect to see all their results within 4-6 weeks. Deciding to be YOUR BEST, to be HEALTHY and to be FIT is a life long decision. You have to create a balanced  lifestyle, with weight training, flexibility, nutrition and cardiovascular conditioning. You will need all four components of this program in place to meet your GOALS
